Yatterman

When the Skull Stone -- a mysterious relic endowed with the power to grant wishes -- is split into four pieces and strewn across the globe, the villainous Doronbow gang sets out to find it in a bid for world domination. But before the diabolical trio can pull off their nefarious scheme, they must foil the heroics of Gan-Chan (Sho Sakurai) and Ai-Chan (Saki Fukuda), the robot-piloting teen duo known collectively as Yatterman.
