D Tour

As much about friendship as it is about rock 'n' roll, this heartfelt documentary from filmmaker Jim Granato follows Pat Spurgeon -- the drummer of the Oakland–based indie rock band Rogue Wave -- on his life-changing search for a new kidney. Joining Pat and his bandmates on the road during the group's aptly named D(ialysis) Tour, Granato captures interviews, candid footage and a lot of great music -- which is what gigging is all about anyway.
