With an out-of-control gambling addiction and an outsize need for cash, Ted Chambers (Kris Miller) does what any desperate man would: He makes a deal with the devil -- in this case, some shady characters who state that he follow three simple rules. But the rules turn out to be not so simple, and when Ted slips up, all hell breaks loose. With his life gone seriously sour, Ted realizes he must pay up … or pay the ultimate price in this chiller.
